History of Science and Political Epistemologies of Bio Sciences and Medicine in the 20th Century
The Chair of History of Medicine and Biosciences at the Faculty Center for Transdisciplinary Historical-Cultural Studies aims to test and develop approaches and methods in the field of modern history of knowledge and political epistemologies of medicine and the biomedical sciences. A second aim is to connect the faculty's institutes and working groups in research and teaching in this field. Current thematic areas of focus include
